To make a page, on your dashboard, click on the blog you want to customize at the top. Now go to customize appearance. 

Scroll down in the left module until you see Pages. Click on it then click on Add Page. A screen should pop up. Choose the URL and add content to the page. Click Create Page to save. Now save on the main screen. 

Next, go to wherever you want the link to appear and add the following code:
